E-mail photo compression pane not working

I can not get the e-mail photo (from My Pictures) folders to automatically
shrink the photo for e-mail. It use to work fine, however it no longer goes
through the last process and only attaches the original photo (and large
size) to the default mail program.

Any help?

Outlook Express? Is the resize option missing?

Make sure no programs are running. (IE, OE, etc.).

Copy and paste the command in Start | Run:

REGSVR32 SHIMGVW.DLL

Click OK and reboot. Turn off and power back up. Don't use Turn Off |
Restart.

Or:

Disable [or Enable] Resize Graphic - Send To (Line 269, Left Side)
