E-Mail error

When I try to send an e-mail it comes back undeliverable. It reads 553 sorry,
you have not authenticated for relay and the address is not a local address.
Please Help

You need to authenticate to your SMTP server in your internet mail account
settings. Check with your ISP/mail host if you need more help.
