E-mail sent to a distribution list should show the title of the list in the
to field instead of names. If I send an email to people in a multiple
distribution lists this causes a half page of names that are unnecessarly
viewed and printed out with the email.

This is possible only when an external server is managing the list and doing
the actual SMTP protocol sending to individual recipients. Since Outlook is
not an SMTP server, it can't do that.

In your scenario, you could just put the names in the Bcc field.
