E-mail disappears after accepting a meeting invitation

After I accept a meeting invitation the e-mail goes away. Is there anyway to
keep the e-mail from being erased and kept in my Inbox for review?
 
Go to Tools | Options, Email Options, Advanced Email Options, uncheck "Delete
meeting request from Inbox when responding".
