E-Mail being rejected

Bob Kulp

E-Mail from Japan is being rejected if sent in Japanese characters. If sent
in English it gets through. Is there a solution to this problem?

Go to Tools, Junk E-mail Options, International, and check both the
Blocked Top-Level Domain List and the Blocked Encoding List.

The Japanese messages are not going to the Junk mail folder. They are
getting rejected before they get me.

I don't know what "rejected before they get me" means.
You mean, Comcast is stopping them? If so, you need to
complain to Comcast.
 
You may need to log on to your webmail and check the rules there to change
things.
