In Outlook 2003, a user at our site has email names and address stored in
history disappear. To be specific, these are the names that come up in To:
and CC: block when you start typing (auto-fill). User states he'll populate,
and they'll stay for a while, then they disappear. I use the auto-fill
option on my account, and I'm not experiencing the problem. Also not aware
of anyone else on our network experiencing the isssue. Thanks in advance...

Hi. Have the same issue with several people here. Did you ever find a way to resolve this problem? Are you all using cached Exchange mode?

Thanks!!

Usually indicates an issue with the mail profile and creating a new one
fixes it. You can reuse the autocompletion cache in the new profile.
