e-mail address in Distribution lists

Many of my contacts have more than one e-mail address. When I include such a
contact in a distribution list, how can I send messages to all of these
e-mail addresses rather than just the one default one? The only way I have
figured out so far is to actually create multiple contact entries for the
same person, one for each different e-mail. There must be a better way?
I am NOT using windows address book(*.wab), my address book is in the
Outlook Data Store.
Also, I am using Outlook 2000 SP-3; Internet Mail only
