My Erive wont start any disks I load.The disk spins and when ejected,comes out spining.I am even unable to use the cleaner.Also,I have a ArcSoft Camera Suite.But the error message says that the camFC.dll is missing.I can not use the CD that came with it,because my Erive is not working.I have a windows XP Home Edition.

Hi Ladyhawk,

Are you getting any errors in the Event viewer? If so, can you post the
Event ID # please. Also, when did this start occuring and do you remember
what happened right before it started happening? When you restart the
machine, does the problem go away?
