E-Commerce and FP 2003

FP 2002 had e-commerce add-ons available (Insert, Web Component; select
bCentral from the left side of the dialog (scroll down to find it), and then
select Commerce Manager Add-in for Microsoft FrontPage). Were these
eliminated in FP 2003? If so, is there an alternative? Thanks in advance.
