Dysfunctional link in Excel 2007 help

If one clicks on the link "Using the SUMPRODUCT function for multiple
condition tests" that points to
http://office.microsoft.com/search/...os=5&rt=2&ns=EXCEL&lcid=1033&app=EXCEL&ver=12,
one is redirected to the website www.xldynamic.com. Accessing this site with
Firefox (at least with version 3.6.5) results in a persistent popup box
stating "not ready" that prevents any page viewing at that site.

That link yields the same result. I've emailed them and received a reply
that it's a known problem without a known solution. So the ball is clearly
in their court. It's apparently an issue between their code and Firefox.
