Apply the theme you do want to the dwt file; then make your pages based on
the theme/DWT.
In otherwords, apply the theme you want (or otherwise don't want, then
delete/un-apply the theme) to the dynamic web template file (the *.dwt) and
then based on that dwt save each page as you do it within the template page.
Or just go to themes and select "none". It should "erase" the theme from
the entire site.
