Dynamic Web Template and Page Title

When I create a dwt the page title does NOT carry over to any page that I
attach to the dwt page. Why? Is there a setting that I have to set to "on"?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
 
That, IMO, is how it should be.

Unless you do not care about search engine ranking, the page title should be
specific to the page it is on.

To put the same title in every page move the <title> tag from the editable
region in Code view.
