Dynamic list boxes in Excel

I am trying to set up a model where a list box (drop down box) changes
the selection options available to the end user dynamically, based on
what is selected in the PREVIOUS drop down list, like the way it works
on some web pages.
Is that do-able in Excel? I am completely stumped, and any help would
be greatly appreciated. Thanks! :confused:
