Dynamic Link Library Files

I have a few corrupted .dll files and a netshell file and
I need to know what i can do to fix this. I can't use
system restore because the check point is after the date
of inncident. The person who moved these files I believe
also deleted them. Can I have someone copy the same files
to a floppy or e-mail and install them that way? Please
help I can't log onto the internet or open task manager
