dynamic foreign disk

Hello all.
I have an issue where I have a foreign disk from a failed PC, it is
healthy and have imported it to another PC (borrowed) without issue. I
now have my new system up and running with a supplied setup and have
added the disk. it appears in the disk manager as a "dynamic foreign
disk" but there is no button for me to import the disk (like I had on
the borrowed PC).

What can i do to recover this disk as the borrowed PC has now been
returned?

All searches on the web say to click the import button (which I dont
get) and there seams to be little help otherwise.

Disk is a 250Gb ATA drive on a XP Pro system

thanks
MrB

When i go to the msc, in the actions all area i only have, convert to
basic disk & properties.

This is the issue I have, it will only let me covert to basic.
