dynamic disk unreadable

I'm having problems with a hard drive with one 120GB
dynamic partition. I'm using Windows XP Pro, and one day
the hard drive stopped working and is listed
as "Unreadable" in the "Disk Management".

The disk contains a lot of data that I can't loose.

What should I do ?
