Dynamic checklists?

I am trying to find a way to have access to many checklists all grouped the
same but with different information contained in each, have it queryable,
searchable, and printable. Would Access 2003 be able to work this for me?

Yes.

It will be important for you to get the design of your data structure
(tables) right.
