Dynamic chart wizard

Dynamic chart are conveninent but not easy for new user. A wizard would be
greatly appreciate.

The Excel 2003 List and Excel 2007 Table is near enough to a simple dynamic
chart data setup, requiring neither VBA nor defined Names. Arrangements more
complicated than such a simple expanding range would be especially complex
to try to build into a wizard.
