Dynamic Chart with Two X Axis

I have a chart that has two columns for the X axis (date
and time). I am making the chart dynamic so it will
automatically update when new data are entered. To do
this, I have named the data in the two columns "Date"
and "Time." How do I enter these two names into the X
axis label on the chart?
