Dyfica.aa and internet explorer

when i try to open explorer i get an error
message...Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and
needs to close...This happens before it even opens.When I
send an error report I get this message..... Thank you
for submitting an error report. The error was likely
caused by:

Win32/Winshow.51712.dll.Trojan.....Ive scanned my
computer but it want pick it up.Im using AVG anti
virus...Any help PLEASE!!!
