DWTs, Shared Borders, and 3 boxes with common content

Despite Jim Buyens section on DWTs in "Inside Out," I remain unclear how to
best address my problem.

I have recently been assigned the responsibility of managing a web that I
have presently put at http://www.pctii.org/pwf/index.htm I use FP 2003 and I
think my host Infoquest uses 2002 FP extensions.

Several of the master pages in this web have three boxes/tables under the
navigation bar to the left. My question is how do I change the contents of
these these boxes without having to manualy change them on every page?

I tried shared borders on the left, but the border was too far to the left.
I tried DWT, but apparently do not understand the concept well enough to get
it to work or it does not apply to my particular need.

What then might I do to save me from having to copy and paste the content of
these boxes every time I make changes?

Thanks much.

Would an include page(s) solve my problem? I tried that earlier, but could
not get it to work. But I have poor skills and have not kept up with this
NG.

Thanks for taking time to help.

The include feature certainly helps my problem and I will try to learn more
about DWTs.

How to make include pages

If you follow the ebook - which is set out more clearly and the article on
how to make an include you will be able to do this... I recommend using
includes with menus if the site is more than a few pages or likely to grow
larger even with a dwt... for anything else that remains static but similar
use non editable regions in the dwt (ebook explains all) ....

good luck
