In my DWT in the <head> section I have:
<!-- #BeginEditable "doctitle" -->
<title>Title here</title>
<meta name="keywords" content="keywords">
<meta name="description" content="Page description">
<!-- #EndEditable -->
In my pages I have the same tags grouped together in the same order.
Applying the DWT retains the Title, Keywords, and Description for the
individual pages.
