DWT Trouble

I am trying to change my DWT. I would like to change the width of a layer. It
does not re-size when I grab the layer handle. Also, I have tried to change
the size in the layer properties box and this does not work. The layer is not
an editable region. Any ideas?

View Task Pane
Select the Layers Task Pane then the layer and use Positioning

If it does not change something else in your page (wrapped around the layer) is constraining it
