DWT,CSS, Templates, Themes???

I just upgraded from FP 2000 to FP 2003. I am really
confused! I'm having trouble understanding the difference
between DWT, CSS, Templates, and Themes. I have an
existing website that I want to maintain uniformity among
the pages. I want to set background, page color, text
type and color, hyperlink colors, navigational borders,
etc. What's the best way to accomplish this end with
existing pages and future pages?

DWT=Dynamic Web Template. See "About Dynamic Web Templates" in the help.
CSS is used for all kinds of styling. See http://www.w3.org/TR/CSS2/
Templates are basic pages/webs where you just have to add content. The
rest is there.
Themes are a collection of images and styles you can apply to a page.
See "About themes" in the help.
Everytime you have a question about basic functions in FP you should
consider the help your first stop.

As you have probably figured out by now, CSS or a Theme is the way to do
what you want.
