hi all,
i've received my LCD TV, which has muti connections : SVGA, S-Video, DVI...
Everything is fine but i cannot use my 2nd connector (DVI) of my Radeon
9800 to have my TV as a 2nd monitor.
I've tried 2 DVI cables (one is from the brand RealCable and compatible HD
an the other is simple and has less pins).
Sorry for my bad english speaking and thanks for your help.

What symptoms do you see?

Many LCD TVs can accept only a limited range of signal frequencies over DVI.
You may have to get Powerstrip <http://www.entechtaiwan.net/util/ps.shtm>
and fiddle with the timings until you hit a signal that the TV likes.

Hi,
the symptom is that no second monitor is detected when i plug with DVI
under ATi Control Panel or Control Center.
Even no signal is received by the monitor, the screen still black.
my TV is Techwood 2707.
I'll try Powerstrip, but i think that the monitor must be detected
before.
Thanks a lot.

Just to be sure, have you tried shutting down _everything_ then powering up
the TV, then the computer, with all the cables connected?

Beyond that, all I can find about the Techwood 2707 is in French, which I
can't read with enough fluency to be able to tell if there's anything in
the specs that might suggest the nature of the problem.
