I recently upgraded from Windows ME to Windows xp. I do
not get any response when I insert a DVD. How do I get
it to play?
 
Hello

Well since you upgrade you may need to re-installl your DVD
software or update your video card driver to the new OS, if
you were using something like Win DVD or Power DVD you
may need to re-install it
