Hi Guys
Don't know if i am in the right group here with this.
Question is , when i burn my pictures to a DVD , they will not play on our
(3 different DVD players).
But if i do them to a regular CDR they play ok.
Why don't they play from a DVD ?
Thanks

Since a "regular CDR" will not read DVD's, I can only assume that your
CD-RW drive is a combo CD-RW/DVD-ROM or you actually burned the files
onto a CD-R instead of a DVD-R.

Hi Malke
My drive is a DVD CDR combo drive.
I did burn some of my pictures to a CDR and they played in my DVD player so
we could watch them on tv.
But they burn ok to a DVD (i can see them on my pc) but they will not play
on the tv DVD player.
I tried a DVD+ and DVD-,and two brands of DVD.
Can not play on DVD player,it says no disk.
But they will play in my Xbox360.
What am i doing wrong.
Do I need to do it in some kind of different format or something?
I tried burning with Nero and CDXP Pro3.
I have windows MCE 2005 , which i read is capable of burning DVD's but can't
find that anywhere, its not in movie maker.
Kinda lost on this.
Thanks for any info you might have.

I don't know why your standalone DVD player won't read the DVD's you
burn. Check with the DVD player's tech support people.
