When I try to play a DVD on a DELL Inspiron 6000, it will not work. I know
there is a DVD drive becuase I have previously played DVDs on this laptop.
What do I need to do for the computer to play the DVDs?

1. Open XP's "Help and Support Center"
2. Type DVD in the search box, hit enter.
3. Click on "DVD Troubleshooter".
4. You probably need a new DVD decoder or reinstall the one you had.
