Check by opening the case that the power lead is still connected. If it is
and it still won't open, it's time to replace the drive. Should you have a
disk stuck inside, there should be a small hole on the frontplate on the
drive. Straighten out a paperclip and stick it in the hole to release the
eject mechanism manually.
