DVD Shrink errors

Hello, I keep getting errors using DVD Shrink 3.2 that say: "DVD Shrink
encountered an error and cannot continue. Programming error-exception
occurred
The parameter is incorrect. It also says after that: The instruction at
“0x7c911bf4†referenced memory at “0x00000000â€. The memory could not be
“writtenâ€.
I have updated my drivers, video card, etc. and it still gives these errors
when it's "analysing" the movie. Please help. I use XP Pro SP2 and have a
2.8GHZ P4.
