SO it goes like this. I have an Dell Inspiron 8200 with
a fixed DVD-ROM optical drive. The decoder I have
installed to read the dvd's is WinDVD 3. Now this is
where the problem starts... When I insert a CD-ROM it
works just as it should, but when I insert a DVD, the
drive spins up and I can explore the DVD in 'My Computer'
but I cannot play the DVD (In Windows Media Player or
WinDVD 3).
Does anyone know how to fix this problem?
