dvd maker

I wasn't sure to list this under photos and videos or vista but here goes....
upgraded to visa months ago, gateway, lots of free memory.
I tried to make a slideshow dvd on the dvd maker, it was very easy to use, I
added my photo's and music (from I-tunes) and it looked real good, I played
the preview and it played, I then burned the disk and it worked, although one
song in the middle of the dvd disk didn't play. but the photos were fine, I
then tried to make another dvd with different photos. I set the whole thing
up and played the preview, good to go, but when I start to burn the dvd it
gets to 98% and kicks the disk out and says it didn't burn, my burner seems
to be working fine. I copied some other photo's to a cd and they are on the
disk. I have tried this over 10 times with the same results. I can't figure
why it worked once and I can't get it to work again. I not doing anything
different. can anyone help me thanks k

have you installed another third party reccord program, ex, nero?
If so, it may confilicts with DVD maker. You can try burn dvd in the clean
boot mode.

no nothing new installed. no nero, but I will try the clean boot mode??
