I have a floppy drive A, a hd drive C, a DVD drive(should be D), and a card
reader (Should be E, F, G, and H) on this XP machine. Lately I notice the
DVD drive has moved from D to H, behind the card reader. How do I change it
back? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks, Andrew. Unfortunately that program will only allow me to assign
drive letters that are "up" in the alphabet, not down. I'm thinking maybe I
should unplug the card reader from the MB and then the DVD drive would be
moved to drive D (as I think it would have been in Win 98SE). Anyone have
any thots on this?

You have to free up D: before you can assign the DVD drive back there.
Temporarily move the current D: drive higher up the alphabet and then
rearrange the card reader as appropriate.

Thanks so much, M.1.53/4, GOT IT and it works! But it wasn't easy. Nor
for me. My DVD drive is now D and my card reader is now E, F, G, and H.
Thanks again.
