I am trying to play a DVD on my PC, but everytime I press 'play' it tells me
there is no disc in drive.
When I go to the DVD Drive properties via 'My Computer' it informs me that
the disc is full, but will not play it.
Can anyone tell me what I need to do to get the DVD Drive to recognise that
there is a DVD in the drive.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank You in advance.
