No, I don't even remember Ethel. But I remember when ethyl was a
penny or two more than regular.

Considering salaries back then, $0.25/gallon gas was more expensive
than $3.00/gallon gas is now.

I remember my dad going ballistic and saying it was highway robbery when
the Flying A station raised their prices to 31.9 cents per gallon.
