DV camera imports

I have been trying to import from my JVC DV camera but my new computer
refuses to recognize it. I have tried to reboot plug in the camera and then
turn the computer back on. I have done everything including purchasing
several new cords. Help Help Help.

product that's part of Office Professional.

I'd advise you to search for a newsgroup related to hardware for whatever
operating system you're using, or else seeing whether JVC has forums like
these.
