I am sending this e-mail for solutions to two different
problems I am experiencing.

When my computer is loading my settings it is taken an
extra long time, this message then appears (windows
cannot find dust.exe.) I believe this is causing delays.I
have looked in msconfig and I cannot recongnize the file.

Secondly, Several months ago I received an e-mail stating
that this file was corrupt and needed to be deleted
(jdbgmgr.exe) since deleting this file I keep getting
java script errors. Where can I down load this file from?
From my XP disk.

Dust.exe is a virus. Run a virus scan and do this:
Click Start, and then click Run. (The Run dialog box appears.)
Type regedit
Then click OK. (The Registry Editor opens.)
Navigate to the key:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Run
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Run

In the right pane, delete the value:
dust.exe
Exit the Registry Editor.

The other file is a legit windows file, the email to delete it is a hoax,
but deleteing it has no effect on your machine unless you develop java
applications, so it is not the reason for your probs. Clean the virus and
see it that helps.
