Duplicating the same data in page 1 to all other child pages

I have 30 template files for 30 differenet subjects(School)
In each of these templates there is 30 pages(Class Set)
Each of these pages contain the same data
I have some form entry fields setup that staff enter data this wors great.

But in each document there is a description box that is repeated in each of
the 30 pages.

What I want to do is setup the templates so that if I alter the description
in page 1 then all the other decription boxes in that document automatacliy
change there data to much page one.
This would mean I do not have to change each of the 30 pages in each of the
template files.

On the same theme Can the method all so be setup for the user input fields
in that if I change the format, Font, Size of the input fields then it is
duplicated in the rest of the document.

Reason I ask is that I have been asked to setup this system for our school
and the long term plan is that I will not hve to do anything and it will be
up to a senior teach just to edit a single page in each document and the
changes would replicate through out that document.

I would prefer a way with out macros if this can be done and I do not want
to start using external programs link access or excel.
