Duplicating records in a form

What is the easiest way to create duplicate records/table entries from a
form. One of the keys would need to be modified in the new record. Also
there are multiple tables/subforms within the form - each subform would need
to be duplicated. I was using the addnew functionality and naming each
field, but there must be an easier way!

I have tried the wizard duplicate record function but it doesn't work
properly.

i think the 2nd one is just what i needed. i wanted to have my user count on
seeing the "Patient Number" field entered "defaultly" and this seems to
empower the form to do just that and more!
