Duplicating LINKS toolBar (LINKS2) via REGISTRY tweak ?

Folks:


My ie6/ie5 browsers have a horizontal tool bar called LINKS. This is a very
useful feature since:

* it can be turned on/off
* Buttons/icons can be added/removed easily

It there a way to create another horizontal toolbar (LINKS 2) ... maybe by
tweaking the registry or otherwise ?
