Duplicating Content Controls

I am creating a letter template in Word 2007. How do I duplicate a content
control that I intend to use throughout the document? In other words, if I
have a "Sender Name" content control at the top of the page and one at the
bottom of the page, how do I make it so that updating the control at the top
automatically updates the control at the bottom (and I don't have to key it
twice)?
