Duplicates and merges

I have some duplicates in my contacts folder, however they are not exact.
Maybe one will have an email and the other will have a moble phone number.
Is there a way that I can merge my duplicates into one contact so that I
don't just delete the duplicate?

I would really like to know the answer to this question as well - or at least
be able to run a report to show duplicates (or likely duplicates), instead of
having to scroll down through a list of names/companies. I am going blind!

I also really need help with de duping - I moved all my business contacts
into the contacts folder and deduped using plaxo then deleted all contacts in
business contact manager then moved the de duped set back into business
contact manager - now they have all duplicated themselves - I only want one
set - please someone help!!!!!
