I am a novice in the world of Outlook having worked with Notes for many years. I have finally succumbed to using Outlook (not express) at home. I am running Vista Ultimate and Office (Outlook) 2003 on a Lenovo desktop.
All was fine until I tried to sync my Ipaq and Nokia phone. I now have, in some cases, four entries for the same person within contacts. I am happy to unravel the sync problem but how do I delete my contacts folder so I can restore from backup. I guess what I am simply asking is what is the file name for Outlook contacts. I imported via a pst file from my earlier version but cannot find a pst file or a wab file on my system. Is there a difference between contacts and a personal address book. Thanks.
