"Duplicate values in the index, primary key, or relationship"

I edited an old Access 2003 database using 2007. Its been up and running for
a couple weeks now with no glitches. The database is in a network folder, &
there are about 4 users.

This error occurred for only one of the users. She created a new record and
when she went to save (or print) this error message came up:

"The changed you requested to the table were not successful because they
would create duplicate values in the index, primary key, or relationship.
Change the data in the field or fields that contain duplicate data, remove
the index, or redefine the index to permit duplicate entries and try again."

Mind you, I only created one primary key, which was a record ID #, which has
the AutoNumber feature on it, specifically so that duplicates canNOT be
created. I've checked all my other fields, and the ones that are indexed are
set to "Yes - (Duplicates OK)".

Is there somewhere that I'm not looking? Help!

The record ID# is a field in the form, but I changed the preferences on it so
that a user could not change the value. Its automatically generated, set &
cant be altered.
