Duplicate tables in relationship window?

I have about 300 tables in my relationship view.
Because a number of tables are used in more than one "portions" of the db,
to make the view more comfortable, I duplicated these tables in the
relationship view, such as tbl1, tbl1_1 (_x is a suffix by access).That way
in one side I link to tbl1 and in another I link to tbl1_1. The question is:
is there any problem by using duplicate table views, aka in relationships,
RI etc???

I believe duplicates are just for display purposes, in fact behind the
scenes it is just the same to Access.
