Duplicate rows Elimination- change rows accordingly

I have a Excel sheet with names in Col A, hours in B and Amount in C.
My problem is names have duplicate rows. I want to make it unique and
accordingly the B and C should be added to the unique name row.

Thanks in Advance.
 
create a pivot table from your data.

Data=>Pivot Table . . .

make A and B the row fields and C the Data field.
 
Sorry, misread the layout. make A the row field and B and C the data fields.
