Duplicate Records

I create a query and when I generate it, it pulls nearly 17,000 records.
After sifting through the records, there are only about 100 files, but is
duplicated 100 times. Is there anything I can do to eliminate the duplication?

Sounds as though your query has more than one table involved, and you're
getting a cross-product.

Add distinct in your query

SELECT distinct Field1,Field2
FROM MyTable
