Outlook 2007 is sending myself a copy of each email I send into my Inbox as
though I had CC myself.

I am using One Live Care as a anti-virus if it matters and I have no rules
in my Outlook 2007 profile that would cause outlook to send a duplicate email.

How can I stop this action?

What type of account and who is the mail service provider?

Its a HTTP Hotmail account "*******@msn.com" and my ISP Provider is Optimum
Online.
And again, its only when I send emails, not incoming emails. Also, "RE"
appears in the subject line.

Your mail service provider, then is MSN. Describe your account definition?
Are you using the Outlook Connector? Are the folders used by that account the
delivery location?
