duplicate 'MSysRelationships' table

is there any way to duplicate (copy to same database with diffirent name)
'MSysRelationships' table by writing vb.net code ?

or to remove read-only property ?

You would be well advised to not do anything with the system tables --
particularly don't attempt to remove the read-only property.
