Duplicate instances of mailbox appearing in Outlook 2003

Hi,

We have several users having an issue with duplicate instance of the entire
mailbox appearing in Outlook 2003. We have Exchange 2003 SP2 servers deployed
and Outlook 2003 SP1. We have tried recreating outlook profile, logged into
other workstation and verified. However the result is same, how can we close
another instance of the mailbox in Outlook 2003 ?
 
Recreating the mail profile should do the trick. Removing and readding the
Exchange account won't.

Aside from the issue; you are very behind in updating your version of
Outlook. Update to Service Pack 3 to get you back in a fully supported
configuration.
 
Hi Roady,

I have already tried recreating the Outlook profile, which has not solved
the problem. We are planning to upgrade to Outlook 2003 SP2 shortly, and see
if that solves the problem.
